Charming house close to the sea (30 m) - ground floor with huge kitchen and a dining area, bathroom, dining and living room. From the dining/living room you are entering a specious terrace with sea view. On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms - two large bedrooms are connected with a long balcony which is located towards the sea, offering you a great view and a small single bedroom facing the garden. Many details are self-made which contribute to a homey and cozy feeling.
