Apart SKY Residence ,,Delmar Building’‘is located in an excellent location in Budva (Becici-Boreti) only 350m from one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of Montenegro. Surrounded by numerous shopping, cafes, restaurants, tourist information point and much more. Within a 15-minute walk from the apartment, you can reach the listed Old Town of Budva, surrounded by a medieval city wall. A beautiful Becici-Budva promenade also invites to a leisurely walk with many tourist excursions, such as daily boat trip to the island of Sveti Nikola, boat ride from Budva to Sveti Stefan Island, Kotor, party beaches, Royal beaches etc. The central location of Budva allows you to explore the diversity of Montenegro and experience the hospitality of the country. The perfectly divided 2-room apartment consists of entrance hall, bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and a balcony with sea view. It also has a TV in the bedroom and living room incl. SAT TV, free WIFI, automatic fire alarm in the building, fitted kitchen, air conditioning and much more.
