Our apartments are located in the very heart of the Bay of Kotor, in the village of Kamenari, just 20 meters from the beach, offering an ideal blend of peace, nature, and an authentic seaside atmosphere. Guests have access to a private beach, sun loungers, and umbrellas, making their stay completely relaxing and carefree. Private parking is also available within the property, and for families with young children, a baby crib can be provided in each apartment upon prior request. The location is highly convenient — we are about 15 km from Herceg Novi, 27 km from Kotor, and only 9 km from Tivat Airport. In our beautiful courtyard, decorated with marine and fishing motifs, we organize special dinners and meals in a warm and relaxed atmosphere. In addition to fresh fish, we offer a variety of homemade specialties, and upon request, we can also organize lunch preparation for an additional fee, tailored to different tastes — so that everyone can find something they enjoy. Our property is run by hosts who have been engaged in fishing for many years, allowing guests to experience an authentic coastal lifestyle and get acquainted with the tradition of fishing. Upon request, we can organize day or night fishing trips, where guests can observe or actively participate in this unique experience. The fish caught can be prepared the following day as fresh, homemade seafood specialties for an additional fee. We also organize boat excursions to nearby towns and attractions, including visits to Perast, as well as tours of mussel farms and other local highlights.
