I was born and raised in Kotor and have lived here my whole life. For me, Kotor is one of the most beautiful places in the world, and I truly enjoy welcoming guests and helping them experience the area like locals. I personally manage the apartments and I am always available to assist guests with recommendations, directions or anything they may need to make their stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Our property is located in a very quiet part of Kotor, just 20 meters from the sea, offering a calm and relaxing stay. We offer modern and well-maintained apartments with private bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens or kitchenettes, and balconies or terraces. Free Wi-Fi and private parking are available on site, which is a rare and valuable advantage in the Kotor area. The seaside promenade, small beaches, restaurants, cafés and a grocery store are all within walking distance, while Kotor Old Town is only a short drive away. Many of our guests return thanks to the peaceful atmosphere, beautiful views and convenient location.
