We are always happy to welcome tourists from all over the world to our hospitable home.

Property info

Our beautiful new house can be used for family beach vacations ( the house is located 140 meters from the sea and beach and is equipped with everything necessary for living), as well as starting point for further travels and excursions in Montenegro and other Balkan and European countries.

Neighborhood info

The Apartmani Natal Residence is located in the village Lepetane, ul.Luka, 1. 1 kilometer from us, within walking distance, there is a ferry crossing to the other side of the Bay of Kotor for both cars and pedestrians. There are two camps nearby: Verige and Lovcen. There are two equipped beach bars and a city beach 140 meters from the house. The historical cities of Montenegro, Kotor and Budva, as well as Perast and Herceg Novi, are equally distant from Lepetane and are within easy transport distance.
