The apartments are finished in 2017. On the ground floor of the house, where the apartments are located, is a club place where our guests ( adults and children ) can free use : TV, PS4 video games, DVD, books, social games. There are restaurants, shops, post office and bakery at a short distance from the suites. All the suites are equipped with beds, kitchens and bathrooms. Free parking lots and Wi-Fi are provided. We are 300m far from the sea. In order to learn more about natural, historic and cultural attractions of the area, we offer a guide service with transportation.

Prčanj is an eight-century-old settlement of skillful sailors, merchants and warriors. It is situated in the Bay of Kotor and Risan, which was put to the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1979 due to its unique cultural and natural values. It is 4km away from Kotor, 11km away from Tivat Airport, 27km from Budva and about 90km far from Montenegro capital, Podgorica. Among historic buildings, the well preserved ones are: the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church (the largest in Boka Kotorska), the ambient unit of the Lukovića House (a line of 11 houses of a well-known family of sailors), the Tre Sorelle Palace (the only villa from the 15the century in the Bay), the House of Mato Luković where Petar II Petrović Njegoš stayed during his treatment and recovery, the Franciscan Monastery and other sacral facilities. Due to its location, which is not fully exposed to the sun, merging winds from the nearby mountains and the sea, for more than two centuries Prčanj has been well-known as a treatment centre for people suffering from asthma, allergies and bronchitis. Because of its convenient climate, the place is in a Mediterranean vegetation oasis.
