My husband and I have been in the rental business for more than 8 years, and we enjoy meeting our guests and providing great service. The courtyard is close to the street and activities, yet sufficiently separated from a vibrant street, so our guests can have a peaceful experience. The spa experience is just a minute away from the apartments. Our new and modern sauna is located in a separate building in the courtyard. With an extra-large towel provided, you can relax and enjoy; we have everything you need. A swimming pool and sun loungers - a relaxation zone our guests adore. Especially if you're traveling with children, before or after the beach, extend your enjoyment by our pool on sun loungers. Each apartment is fully equipped, with a large double bed, and in most, there is also a sofa bed that can be pulled out if needed or used as seating. The kitchen with all the necessary utensils for a comfortable stay, a washing machine in each apartment, Wi-Fi, cable TV, air conditioning, bed linen, a towel set for each guest, hairdryer, iron, toilet paper, soap, seating area in front of each apartment, outdoor shower in front of the sauna and pool, barbecue area, and two large tables with benches, suitable for larger groups and families. The yard is spacious, and the part with sun loungers is located in a peaceful area with pleasant music playing during the day...everything is designed for your enjoyment. Our house faces 2 streets, which makes our location great. You can quickly get to the grocery shops, coffee shops, and restaurants: - the gym is one minute away - Tamara Radunovic Fitness Center - the main bus station Budva, 3-4 minutes distance - several hair salons - bakeries - small grocery store: Stella - big supermarket: Mega - Tate Caffee and restaurant - Garden Caffee and restaurant - HDL hypermarket, 5 minutes - MEGA MALL - 5 minutes The best thing is that you can get to all of these places only by walking for a few minutes. The beach is within 6-7 minutes of walking distance, and Old Town is 15-20 minutes.
