Apartmani SUNCE su okruzeni borovom sumom, takodje su okruzeni divljim malim plazama na kojima je kavlitet vode spada u prvu kategoriju. Gradska plaza Susanj je udaljena na svega 100m. Apartmani SUNCE su udaljeni od centra Bara na svega 2.5km, zeleznicka stanica Bar je udaljena 5km, aerodrom Podgorica na svega 35 km, nacionalni park Skadarsko jezero 20 km.
