Naš apartman se nalazi nedaleko od Starog gradskog jezgra Kotora, a ipak van gradske vreve, na mirnom mjestu koje nudi sve mogućnosti za pravi odmor, kao i za istraživanje okoline i posjetu najznačajnijih mjesta za svega nekoliko minuta vožnje automobilom. Apartman posjedduje tearsu sa predivnim pogledom na Bokokotorski zaliv, zatim privatni bazen i garažno mjesto.
Na 1 km udaljenosti od našeg objekta nalazi se Stari grad Kotor, grad na Listi baštine UNESCO-a, sa brojnim kulturno istorijskim spomenicima koje čine 70% ukupnog kulturnog blaga Crne Gore. Polazna stanica žičare Kotor-Loćen je udaljena 4 km. Stari grad Perast sa ostrvom gospa od Škrpjela i mnogim drugim spomenicima kulture udaljen je 10 km. Nacionalni park Lovćen je udaljen 45 minuta vožnje automobilom, a nacionalni park Skadarsko jezero oko 80 minuta Nudimo pomoć pri iznajmljivanju automobila. Takođe možemo organizovati vaše transfere automobilom ili izlete brodom.
