The two very modern and luxury furnished apartments with 75 sqm respectively 50 sqm are located in the 2016 newly build resort "Sveti Luka". Those are directly located at the Mediterranean Sea at the so called exclusive “Cold Bay” in the small harbor city Dobra Voda close to the famous Skadarlake as a natural habitat. To the high standard and very quiet “Sveti Luka apartments” belong a lovely private beach and swimming pool, as well as the possibility to visit a nearby public beach club with beach guard, securing a safe stay for the kids as well as a relaxation possibility for the adults on comfortable beach beds. Both of our fully air-conditioned apartments are in the first floor with spacious living rooms and a balcony towards the sea with a great sea view to watch the unique Montenegrin sundowners. Moreover, they provide a relaxing environment for families after a sunny day at the beach. Both kitchens with high European standard, are equipped with high quality and modern equipment to prepare fresh dishes for real. They consist of almost everything, one can think of for proper cooking (e.g. Ceramic hop, dishwasher, big fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster).

The next grocery stores and bakeries are only 350m away from the residency. Several nice restaurants and two wellness resorts are in walking distance of approximately 500m. The famous Veliki Plijesak beach is also very close (500m in walking distance). For a recommended day trip to the long sandy beaches of Ulcinj you require a car or take a taxi. The harbor of Bar is 7km away from where you start several lovely boat day trips to Kotor, Petrovac or Budva. The harbor offers also yacht rental from private owners to enjoy your days on the sea. The famous national park and natural resort Skadarlake offers hiking and many other outdoor possibilities. It is easily reachable and 35 km away, if you like to enjoy pure wild nature.
