Stari Bar, tvrdjava Haj Nehaj, cije rusevine poticu iz XV vijeka i dvorac kralja Nikole predstavljaju istorijskei kulturne spomenike grada. Maslina stara preko 2000 godina i Skadarsko jezero kao jedan od najvecihrezervata ptica, veliki broj manastira i crkava za posetioce koji vole ovakav vid turizma.Pregrst festivala i kulturnih manifestacija : Medjunarodni TV festival, Susreti pod starom maslinom, Barski ljetopis.
