This spacious apartment is situated just 10 minutes walking from the heart of Kotor s Old Town and just five minues walking from Shoping mall Kamelija which has a great offer of restaurants ,boutiques,bars,supermarkets and many other services. The apartments is pretty amazing as you can see the hole Old Town ,the bay and big crouser ships that come every day from a huge balcony.The name of the apartments is an introduction to what you can expect from this beautiful apartment. As important as the view is, we believe honesty and transparency matter equally. Because the apartment is positioned above the Old Town, reaching it involves a steep and narrow uphill road. Access by car is not difficult, and there is a large parking area directly in front of the property, but guests should know that walking uphill may feel challenging for those not comfortable with steeper terrain. Additionally, there are approximately 30 stairs from the parking area to the apartment entrance. We kindly share this information in advance so that guests know exactly what to expect and can fully enjoy their stay without surprises. The apartment is originaly made fot the owners so everything is new and high quality and then the owners decided to rent it as they do not live in Kotor anymore .They made everything to enjoy the days and now those days are for you to enjoy. You have a free private parking place with cameras so it is very safe.If I were you I would by a bottle of excellent Montenegrian wine and enjoy the luxury view on the sea and mountain of our charming city.

Neighborhood info

The apartments is 15 minutes walking from the bus station and just 10 min from Tivat airport (by car) It is situated in a calm area so at the same time you are 5 minutes from the beach and mall and only 10 minutes wlking from the Old Town but you can have a rest during the night as you are away from the city bars and restorants.
