Property info

Montesan is located next to the beach in Budva. It offers a restaurant and air-conditioned accommodation with free Wi-Fi. Each apartment has a terrace overlooking the sea. NOTE: We are PET FRIENDLY, and we charge it 15 euros per pet per day. All guests can use private beach and beach furniture is provided for additionally charge, depending on the beach line. For kids we provide baby crib (10 euros/day) and baby chair as well (5 euros‎/day). An extra bed can be provided for additional charge of 20 euros per day. PARKING is private and it costs 20 euros / day. Upon your arrival receptionist will charge you tourist taxes (destination fees) which is mandatory by law in Montenegro. 0-11 years - free 12-18 years - 1 euro‎ per person per day 18+ years - 1.50 euro‎ per person per day

Neighborhood info

The island has a 2 kilometres (1.2 mi) coast line in the central part of Montenegro Adriatic coast line. It is situated to the south of Budva between Przno and Sveti Stefan villages. The pink sandy beaches of Sveti Stefan, Miločer Beach and Queen’s Beach are part of the coast line. The island encompasses an area of 12,400 m2 Sveti Stefan beach is located next to the eponymous peninsula which was transformed into a luxury hotel. The beach is covered with red pebbles that are going to right turns to stone. Above the beach there is parking to be paid. The left part of the beach includes free entrance while the right part of the beach set aside for hotel guests Sveti Stefan, or a 50 Olası and there is a swim (water is definitely the same as on the left)
