This is not a hotel or a motel. Family run property where you should feel like home. It is close to the old town, market, shopping centre or the beach less than 10 minutes walking. For any issue we are 24/7 there, and will give our best to help. First of all is clean, safe, and good equipped. If you need something additional we will provide for sure, just need to ask. Mostly of time you will be welcomed by some delicious food, fruit or juice, but some time you will be able to pick it up directly from the tree from the garden. Privacy is guaranteed, and the price is always more affordable than the offers around.Parking is ours, just in front of the house, it is free and secure. In all apartments you can find maps, guides and tips for the Kotor, and Montenegro, so you can be well informed before you leave the apartment. Not business for us, but way of living. Encountering the people and make the possible and impossible to make their journey/holiday unforgettable. Not invasive, but all the time there to help and assist with informations, directions, tips etc. Doing this job for a decade already know what can be useful information to every guest. Just 100m from the main street, taking the road up you are coming to the apartments. Just enough to be far from street noise, but still to be close to everything. From the old town Kotor we are 800m, from the beach, shopping centre 400m, from the nearest mini market and fast food about 150m. Bus station is 1.5km and the Tivat Airport about 10km. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. The street is dead ending with our house, so no transiting traffic and people. Mostly of houses around are doing same business so they respect privacy and quietness. Free parking is just in front. For most of the tours around the Kotor, no need to use the car, except when you make tours further. Behind the house is the hill and some green fields, with nothing build. Some time domestic animals coming to see how we are doing :-) Apartment Vuk is in the fruit garden, surrounded by orange, lemon and mandarin trees. A lot of flowers cultivated by my sisters and Mother. Apartment Stella is also New, this year built waiting for first guests after September 2018. On top of the house, completely isolated with Magic Sea View. It is possible if need to amend one more room and toilet to this apartment. Welcome!
