Objekat je renoviran ,nalazi se u samom centru Tivta,prostran je stan od 69 m2 .Stan se nalazi na prvom spratu koji ima dva balkona.U okolini stana su objekti sa video nadzorom tako da je bezbjedan. Parking za auto je besplatan i nalazi se u pozadini zgrade. U blizini je autobusko stajaliste i autobusi su cesti tacni , cisti i vrlo brzoi lako mozete posjetiti Kotor grad Unesco. VELIKA JE PREDNOST STO JE STAN A NE KLASICNO IZDAVANJE APARTMANA U KUCI;IMATE SVOJ MIR I PRIVATNOST !! Na 300 m od njega nalazi se Porto-Tivat Postoji parking koji se ne placa .
Moje ime je Tanja Tatar, zivim u Kotor.Zanimanje je knjigovodja. Volim putovanja i umjetnost Nadam se da ce vam sjecanje na boravak u apartmanu S&T izmamiti osmjeh na licu :)
Stan je u centru Tivta i sve je blizu: setaliste Pine,,Porto Tivat, Posta,,brojni restorani sa dostavom hrane.,pekara, Gradska plaza je u blizini kao i druge plaze sa dnevnim zabavama. Gradski park je na 20 m od stan sa sadrzajem za djecu. Na setalistu Pine ima divnog sadrzaja za djecu i odrasle i cestih koncerata muzike a sve to za opustanje i odmor Tivat je nekada bio poznato odmaraliste za plemice .staro ime za tivat je Teodo u prevodu" bozanski grad"dodjite i uvjerite se zasto je tako. Dobrodosli i uzivajte!!!!
