This is an exclusive waterfront villa (Villa Captain) of 327 m2 on a large plot built 300 years ago, renovated and modernized nowadays. It is really historical house bridges the gap between centuries-old art of building and modern facilities and comfort.
I am a middle-aged , well-grown, married man, graduated engineer-economist working as Business Development Officer. From my childhood I am keen on mountain hiking and Alpine skiing.
A royal Mountain and Bay of Kotor view, also known as Boka Kotorska makes the villa (Villa Captain) neighbourhood not only interesting but spectacularly beautiful. City of Kotor is one of the main historical landmarks of the region. Roman Empire had been presented here since 3rd century BC. During Byzantian period Kotor was fortified with impressive city walls stretching more than 4 km along the shore of the Kotor Bay. Venetian period gave the town the typical Venetian image, and Venetian influence dominates in the town architecture. Guests can find numerous palaces, churches, fortresses, restaurants, shops in the neighbor of the villa (Villa Captain). Outdoor activities such as seabathing, taking a tan on the beach, cycling, hiking, fishing are available.
