The Tourist Residence Tax (City Tax) is already included in your total booking price, so you do not need to pay anything extra upon arrival. In accordance with the Montenegrin Law on Foreigners, all accommodation providers are legally required to register guests through the official system within 24 hours of arrival and preserve this data for two years. Therefore, presenting your valid ID or passport upon check-in is strictly mandatory so we can complete this registration for you (you do not need to visit the Tourist Board yourself). Property Care Notice: Guests are kindly asked to refrain from using marmalades, jams, or tinting oils for self-tanning inside the apartment. These products cause permanent stains on light-colored bed linen, towels, and white furniture, for which there is no effective removal technology available in our region. Damaged items will be subject to a replacement fee.
