Apartmani su smjesteni u mirnoj i prijatnoj lokaciji pored sume na 850m od mora.Sve smjestajne jedinice su klimatizovane i posjeduju sopstvene kuhinje,balkone,kablovsku televiziju i potpuno besplatan bezicni internet. U neposrednoj blizini objekta na 100m nalaze se prehranbena prodavnica,piljara,pekara restorani kao i sporcki centar sa teretanom,kozmeticki i frizerski salon. Marina u Budvi nalazi se na udaljenosti od 800m.Prevoz sa aerodroma moze biti organizovan na Vas zahtjev,Aerodrom Tivat je udaljen 20km od apartmana.
