Apartments “Lavanda” are modern, well-equipped apartments with pleasant, spacious and light interior decorated in beige tones. We take pride in the design of rooms developed in line with our guests’ needs and expectations and created with love and care of our family which owns the place. It is details that make every stay memorable. Enjoying a view of sunrise or sunset over the Adriatic from one of our balconies with sea view, or a sight of magenta bougainvillea in blossom, complement the interior perfectly. There are only five apartments available in the property, providing plenty of space and quiet atmosphere for our guests to enjoy while resting from the bustle of the colorful beach and night life of Budva. There is also a tastefully arranged entrance porch to welcome you to the property, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, where you can take a rest or wait for your room to be ready in case you come before the check-in time. Upon request, we can provide a parking place in front of the property, a perk especially valued in Budva which struggles with parking space during summer months.

Apartments “Lavanda” are self-catering accommodation, owned by a family with the long-standing tradition of renting rooms to tourists. The years of experience and the fact that Budva is our home-town, allowed us to grow with it and learn how to make people who come to visit us satisfied. Apartments “Lavanda” are situated in a quiet neighborhood of Budva, yet only minutes away from the Slovenska beach. All that is necessary to make your stay comfortable is within easy reach – a supermarket, a bank with an ATM, cafes, restaurants, a newspaper stall, bakeries, hairdressers’ etc. The nearest beach is just 5 minutes away. There are a lot of fun beach activities you can find there, including renting boats or scooters, bungee jumping or simply enjoying a swim. What also makes the location special is that it is situated half way between the Old Town of Budva on one side and the Becici area on the other, so both are within the walking distance (about 25-30 minutes away) with different beaches and activities to offer. Several minutes from the property, there is a taxi station and a bus stop, making it easy and convenient to arrange a trip to Jaz beach, St. Stefan or one of the neighboring coastal towns.
