Welcome to Apartments Al Parma – your home away from home! Apartments Al Parma is a family owned and managed apartment building. We – Vaso, Lela & Marina – have been in the hospitality business for over 40 years, managing restaurants and hotels in some of the most popular spots in Montenegro. Our daughter Marina joined the team in 2019, when she undertook a complete renovation of the apartments, making sure that they meet modern standards and demands. We want you to feel at home and are happy to help you with practical tips on how to get around and our favorite things to see and do. We have a trusted network of professionals in tourism that can assist you for any excursions or activities. We speak several languages: Montenegrin, English, German, Flemish and Russian. Our professional and friendly team of staff takes care of cleaning, maintenance and gardening.

Happy guests that keep on coming back. We strive to give you an outstanding experience in all aspects of your stay: from hospitality and comfort to safety and spaciousness. Many of our guests keep on coming back to us year after year, and we feel privileged to call them our friends! Each of our units has its own private terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate dining area, a seating area with a flat screen TV and a private bathroom with shower. Air-conditioning, free wi-fi and cable TV is provided throughout. Our guests have access to free parking throughout their stay. At Apartments Al Parma, age doesn’t matter! Our youngest guests enjoy our designated play area, with sand box, swings, kids house with slide, baby plunge pool and trampoline while their parents can relax by the BBQ.

Neighborhood info

An excellent location. We’re perfectly located, Lastva Grbljska is a safe and quiet neighbourhood, surrounded by nature with lots of greenery and space for guests of all ages. At the same time, you’re just a few minutes away from some of the most beautiful places that Montenegro has to offer: Some of the best beaches in Montenegro are only two kilometers away: Jaz, Trsteno, Slovenska beach. The beautiful town of Budva, with its excellent restaurants, busy night life, beautiful Old Town and traditional fish market, is just 5 kilometers away. Tivat airport is 15 kilometers away, as is the luxury superyacht marina Porto Montenegro; the UNESCO world heritage site Kotor; and the beautiful Boka Bay. Cozy coffee bars, local restaurants and grocery stores are all located about 400 meters from the property.
