We started renting rooms in 2007. Father of the family, Dragiša was long routes seaman for 40 years and his wife Spomenka took care of house and three children: Veronika, Danka and Stefan. With retirement their primer goal shifted to rental accommodation and now, after almost 20 years we are proud of our hospitality and guest who tend to come back year after year.

Property info

Family house was designed by local architect in transition style: villa from the 90th. It was planed as versatile space with guest rooms in basement level, big living space in ground floor and apartments for each daughter and the son on the upper levels. As kids grow they moved to Universities so the house started to change and to reconstruct a bit each year until it became special family resort with 13 fully equipped apartments. On booking you can see and rent few of them and enjoy easy summer on the most beautiful golf in the Mediterranean sea, with rich history and high amount of sun. We offer free parking and WI Fi and A/C free of charge on our premises.

Neighborhood info

Baošić is small, family place with beaches and sea as main attraction. It iis perfectly located between old town of Herceg Novi - 10km, Tivat modern harbour and airport - on just 15km and old town of Kotor - 30km. During the summer season it flourish with camps and tourists from alll over the world while during off season it is a host of carnivals and winter festival of local flowers.
