Our guests are very satisfied when they know what to expect! We don’t want anybody to be disappointed and strongly encourage to read about our pros and cons before making a decision. 1) What makes us really different and the guests return are the astonishing sea views from the majority of our rooms. Guests enjoy the views sitting at their balconies or terases. 2) The room prices are very affordable. But beware, we are not a hotel, we are an apart hotel. No service provided. You will have everything you need to keep your apartment clean. 3) The beach is close and the path to the beach goes through an amazing olive grove. But it is a hand made public footpath which is difficult for small children, elderly people, and impossible for a baby stroller. It takes 7-8 minutes to go to the beach and may take 15 or more minutes to come back given that we are located uphill. 4) We are located in a very quiet and calm place - Prijevorac, a Petrovac borough. This gives us the small village privacy, but comes at cost. It is a 20 minutes walking or 5 euro driving distance to Petrovac’s restaurants and shops.

Lucice, our closest beach, has an advantage over the overcrowded one in Petrovac not only by a number of visitors and by prices, but also by the sea water clearness. Those not afraid of longer 20-min walk distances have the opportunity to visit an even less crowded Buljarica beach over the hill.
