Previous guests have particularly appreciated the spacious terraces and balconies with beautiful views of the sea, mountains, and greenery, allowing them to fully immerse themselves in the Mediterranean atmosphere. A swimming pool with sun loungers and a relaxation area are also available, perfect for relaxing in a peaceful, intimate atmosphere, away from the crowds. The location combines everything that matters most – peace and privacy, while also being just a short walk from the beach. An additional advantage is the proximity to the center of Utjeha, where restaurants, a bakery, a grocery store, and fresh fruit and vegetable stalls are all within walking distance – all accessible without the need for a car. We strive to make our guests feel special – we offer a high standard of service, a personalized approach, and assistance at every stage of their stay. The building has a ground floor and four floors, but for guests' convenience, it has been equipped with an elevator, providing easy access to all apartments.
