Company info

Tourism is a main source of income for the most of inhabitants of Budva. Most of us when we were young used to work at the beach or at some hotel reception or restaurant. As we grow older we finished different schools, but still most of us work in hospitality sector. Me personally established my own travel agency in 1992, ASTAKOS Travel & Events and became one of the best MICE agencies in Montenegro and in Serbia. Whole my life my parents were renting their house, which I inherited and renovated, so that we can proudly say that we have more than 50 years long tradition of receiving guests in our house.

Property info

Our house is situated in the heart of Budva town. Only few minutes from Budva old town or nearest beach. All of our guests have private parking in our yard free of charge. Easy to find as the house is situated on the main road going through Budva, You will save lot of your precious time, looking for parking or reaching main road. All you have top do is open the gate and you are on your way. We have a barbecue in our garden, free to use by all guests. All you have to do is buy fresh meet or fish in a market near by and enjoy the barbecue in the shades of Olive, kiwi and grape trees. All rooms are fully renovated in 2019.

Neighborhood info

Huge supermarket is boarding our house, as well as a green market. Beach and Old town are on a walking distance.
