Depending on the selected mountain house, guests have access to a living area, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom, comfortable bedrooms and additional sleeping space on sofa beds. Our mountain houses Bajka and Brookside Kolašin are located in Smajlagića Polje, one of the most beautiful and peaceful areas of Kolašin, surrounded by nature and offering a true mountain getaway atmosphere. The location is ideal for guests who want peace, privacy and time in nature, while still staying close to the town center. The center of Kolašin is about a 10-minute easy walk away, and nearby guests can find restaurants, cafés, bars and grocery shops. The neighbourhood is located on the road toward the Kolašin 1450 and Kolašin 1600 ski resorts, making it an excellent choice for winter holidays, skiing and mountain activities. Guests can enjoy mountain views, a landscaped garden, terraces and a quiet natural setting. A small stream runs next to the property, creating a special mountain atmosphere during the winter season. Kolašin is a great starting point for exploring Biogradska Gora National Park, Mount Bjelasica, the Tara River and many beautiful natural attractions in the surrounding area.
