Stoliv is one of the few authentic stone villages in the Bay of Kotor where you can peacefully enjoy the view, the sea and the sun. Apartment Bay Terrace is a newly furnished and renovated apartment, which has one bedroom and one living room with a new sofa that opens easily for comfortable sleep, a large kitchen with a dining table, one large bathroom and 1 toilet, and a terrace of 25 m2 with furniture for the dining room, sofa, sunbeds and comfortable chairs. The new hotel Hyatt Regency Resort is 500 meters from the our apartment and offering a beach, beach bar, restaurants and a spa. Supermarket Aroma is located 600 meters from the apartment. Tivat is 7 km away, and Kotor is 6 km away. The bus to these cities stops right next to the Bay Terrace apartment.

The host is Ms. Nena Celper, she lives in retirement in Belgrade, Serbia, and in the summer she manages the Bay Terrace apartment in Stoliv. She lives next to this apartment so that she can be useful if necessary.

The Bay of Kotor is a spectacular combination of nature and history, known as the southernmost fjord of Europe under the protection of UNESCO. The main attractions include the old town of Kotor with the fortress of San Giovanni, the baroque Perast with the island of Gospa od Škrpjela, the Blue Cave, the peninsula of Luštica, and charming Herceg Novi. Kotor (Old Town): Stroll through the narrow streets, visit the Cathedral of St. Tryphon and climb the San Giovanni fortress for a panoramic view. Perast and the islands: A picturesque place and baroque town from which you can go by boat to the artificial island of Gospa od Škrpjela and the island of Sveti Đorđe. Gornji Stoliv (Upper Stoliv) is a semi-abandoned, 14th-century stone village perched approximately 240–260 meters above the Bay of Kotor in Montenegro.
