Apartman se nalazi na 20m od mora. Posjeduje privatni parking i djecje igraliste u sklopu dvorista. U blizini se nalaze 2 gradske plaze. Na 70m od apartmana se nalazi marina. Postoji mogucnost voznje barkom i veza u marini. Na 250m udaljenosti se nalazi restoran Bokeljski dvori. Na 300m udaljenosti je kuca ,,Tre sorele". Tivatski aerodrom je na udaljenosti od 12km.
Legenda kaže da su "vođeni busolom svoga srca" ovo mesto osnovali bokeljski ratnici i vešti pomorci koji su tadašnji Perzano, a današnji Prčanj, povezivali sa Venecijom i Carigradom. Istorija beleži da je upravo sa ove tačke Ivo Vizin, svojim brodom "Splendido" krenuo na put oko sveta. Njegovim povratkom odgonetnuta je magična privlačnost i lekovitost ovog dela Bokokotorskog zaliva, najlepšeg u južnom Jadranu. Prvom ovdašnjem pomorcu koji je oplovio svet, iscrpljenom višemesečnom avanturom, nisu bili potrebni ni lekovi ni lekari "samo govor vode i vazduha na Rtu Svetog Marka". Upravo ovde je čudesni Prčanj, a na samom Markovom rtu - Vrmac "za umornu dušu utočište, za slabo telo lečilište", kako je struka dokazala vek posle vizionara Ive Vizina. Stručnjaci kažu: ovo je mesto za lečenje respiratornih organa, bolesti srca, kože i nerava u sinergiji darova prirode. Banja koju po talasoterapiji upoređuju, danas, sa francuskim Dovilom u kome se leči - stres. Okidač za teške bolesti ovog vremena.
