Lovely cozy studio apartment in a modern complex with a swimming pool for a couple or a single person. The area of the apartment is 22 m, a terrace for outdoor recreation. The apartment has everything you need for a wonderful holiday - dishes, linens, modern furniture.

One kilometer from the ancient city of Kotor, there is Dobrota, the largest settlement in the municipality with tens of thousands of inhabitants. During the reign of Rome, it was called Dabratum, and the Venetians gave it the status of a municipality due to its war merits, which was abolished only in the middle of the last century. It is interesting that Dobrota had the most ships in Boka in the 17th and 19th centuries, when it also received the status of a maritime settlement. During that time, the palaces of the Dabinović-Kokot, Ivanović, Tripković, Milošević and other families were built. In addition to material remains from the Roman era, there are also churches in Dobrota - St. Elijah from XII and Our Lady of Mercy from XIV, and the church of St. Eustachio, whose interior is done in baroque style, and the church of St. Matthew with Bellini's famous painting of the Virgin and Child.
