Casa del Sol Rozalija offers 4 luxury rooms, located in the center at Stoliv, just 7km from Kotor. In quiet area, with privacy and private beach in front. Property provides place in front of rooms, for speedboats or yacht. Guests can use free of charge sauna and jacuzzi. Provided six parking spots with camera security around the Casa. Everything is so close, 2km from Hyatt Regency Kotor bay resort and only 7 km from Kotor, Tivat and Port of Montenegro. Few minutes away from Perast and Islands.
As hosts we guarantee a pleasant staff who will do everything to make our guests as comfortable as possible and more satisfied. We are here for each type of aid, as well as the planning unit plan for a tour of Montenegro and other things.
We are located between cities Kotor and Tivat. Kotor is a medieval city, protected by UNESCO, full of old monuments from different epochs. Also, you can find a lot of pubs, typical restaurants, discos, etc. From other side of Stoliv, there is modern city Tivat. Its known for the biggest marina in Europe. Port of Montenegro was visited by a lot famous people, who enjoyed their contents. One of the most famous city, you can find across of Casa Rozalija,on other side of coast, that is just few minutes with a boat, known as a city Perast. Between Stoliv and Perast, there are two islands called St George and Our lady of the Rocks.
