The apartment is on the third floor (no lift) and features a balcony, a living room with a kitchen area, one bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The bedroom has two single beds that can be arranged either as twin beds or as one double bed, depending on guests’ preference. The living room has a sofa bed comfortable for one adult or two children. An additional folding bed is available as the fourth sleeping place, suitable for a child or teenager. Air conditioning is available in both the living room and the bedroom. Private parking is available for an additional charge (reservation required). Restaurants, cafés and shops are within walking distance.

Becici is a pleasant seaside area next to Budva, known for its long beach and relaxed atmosphere. The beach is about 400 meters from the apartment. Restaurants, cafés, bakeries and grocery stores are within walking distance. Budva can be reached on foot along the seaside promenade or through the nearby pedestrian tunnel connecting Becici and Budva.
