Located next to 3 restaurants and bars for fine dinning we offer you a unique location with a for chill out and BBQ area.

Your host itself is living since 8 years on the Ada Bojana Island. He can provide you with tips for walking tours, party spots, restaurants and beach bars.

Guests have 4 kilometer beach (textile and nudist) in 100 m walking distance and the river side in 20 m walking distance available. The nudists settlement of Ada Bojana is 2 minutes away and provides nice amenities for coffee, drinks, massage or live music during your summer holidays. Two of the best restaurants on the island are just 20 meters away from the holiday cottage providing our guest with exceptional good sea food. Tourist attraction in the area of Ulcinj like the Ulcinj Salina, Skadar Lake or the Sas Lake are all in 30-60 minutes driving distance. Your host provides you with shuttle, tourist tours and information during your stay.
