Hello everyone! My name is Leart Kasmi, I come from a traditional ulcinian family. . my family has always been into tourism, we have a tradition of hosting guests from all around the world for about 4 decades. So i have taken over this business and renovated it. We are still not finished since its a very big location and i have started this only ttwo years ago. We are located in a very central part of long beach. In this part you can find everything that you need. From my house you can visit all parts of Ulcinj by foot. Except for the City, Old Town that you have to go by car or with busses that are 300meters away from us.

Property info

Ulcinj is the southernmost city of Montenegro, close to the border with Albania, and one of the most popular resorts of this small country. The advantages of the city are beautiful full of pleasant sand beaches, including the population of Velika plaža 13 km - the longest on the entire eastern Adriatic coast, as well as the old town full of centuries-old monuments and narrow streets with oriental touch. In the town you will find many cafes, bars, taverns and restaurants serving Balkan dishes. We also offer traditional breakfast & dinner.
