Our property is an ex family house and it's really suitable for families, friends and other bigger groups of people. Big plus is gardens around the house and a big terrace where you can let your children play or organize barbecue or make a party depends of what you prefer.

Our family runs a small business in Kotor and this used to be our family house until we moved. To honor all great summers that our family and friends spent there we wanted to give opportunity to other people to experience it as well.

Our house is surrounded with many other summer houses with owners all around Europe, so it's not excluded that you will meet various people there. Near the house there are many beach bars and also some monuments that you can visit. But all in all it's pretty peaceful Neighborhood.
