✔ A very relaxing place to stay and spend your summer vacation or holidays. There are multiple beach choices to choose from, the quality of water is one of the best in the whole Balkan region and when the weather is fine it looks like you are on the Caribbean sea.
✔ If you like DIVING/SNORKELING there is much to be seen since the rock formations are quite interesting. FISHING is also an option. It's perfect for just relaxing and enjoying the sun, we had few people that meditated and did yoga.
THE PEOPLE - Quiet neighborhood, mostly people from eastern Europe during summer and native people during winter. Supermarket/Groceries, and Tourist Office 250 meters from the property.
THE BEACHES - You can enjoy the sun on our platforms or check out other platforms by the sea. The beach in Utjeha is made out of pebbles, there is no sand.
✔ Main beach Utjeha is 800 meters long and about 450 meters away from our property that has a beach bar, restaurant, and cafes that have WiFi and local summer shops.
✔ Being 10km away from Ulcinj and 15km from city Bar, you can check many different places like Stari Bar (Castle), the oldest Olive Tree in the world (over 2000 years), cities Ulcinj and Bar.
