Stone Rose Estate is an eco-friendly retreat located on the Luštica Peninsula, within the UNESCO-protected Bay of Kotor area. It is surrounded by nature and offers peace and privacy, while the sea, beaches and local restaurants are only about 600 metres away. They can be reached on foot or by car. Please note that Stone Rose Estate uses an independent, eco-friendly solar power system. Economical and responsible use of electricity is therefore an essential part of staying at the property. With mindful consumption, the solar system normally provides enough electricity and the backup generator is not required. During cloudy weather or increased electricity consumption, guests may need to start the generator themselves by following the provided instructions. The apartments and glamping tents do not have air conditioning or electric water heaters. Fans are provided for cooling. Hot water is heated by the solar system and is normally available approximately from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Guests are kindly asked to take this schedule into account when planning their showers. The estate occupies 2,000 m² of private grounds. On the upper level, there is a traditional stone house with a large terrace, three separate apartments and a shared kitchen. On the lower level, surrounded by greenery, there are five glamping tents. Each apartment and each glamping tent has its own private bathroom with a shower and toilet. When units are booked separately, the kitchen, terraces, relaxation areas and other outdoor spaces are shared. The property also has a pergola with a large communal table for breakfast and dining, several relaxation areas and private parking. Guests can book either the entire Stone Rose Estate or an individual apartment or glamping tent, depending on availability. Stone Rose Estate is best suited to travelers who appreciate nature, peace, sustainable living and responsible use of natural resources, while still enjoying easy access to the sea and local restaurants

Rose is one of the oldest and most peaceful seaside villages on the Luštica Peninsula, located within the UNESCO-protected Bay of Kotor area. Guests appreciate this part of Montenegro for its crystal-clear sea, untouched nature, historic atmosphere and distance from crowded tourist resorts. The sea, beaches and local restaurants are approximately 600 metres from Stone Rose Estate. Guests can walk there or travel by car. The seaside village offers small restaurants serving fresh seafood and traditional Montenegrin cuisine. Nearby, guests can discover secluded beaches, scenic walking routes and panoramic views of the Bay of Kotor, the Adriatic Sea and the Croatian coastline. The surrounding area is also known for abandoned military tunnels, underground facilities and former Austro-Hungarian and Yugoslav military sites hidden in nature. These unusual places are interesting for walking, exploration and photography. Guests can enjoy swimming, snorkeling, hiking, kayaking, boat trips and beautiful sunsets over the Adriatic Sea.
