Green House is set in complete seclusion on its own private 3,300 m² vineyard estate, where you can enjoy total privacy without being overlooked. Despite its tranquil setting, it is just a 2-minute drive from the beach, and the house offers beautiful sea views from its windows. The property features a private swimming pool with a terrace, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a barbecue. The entire area is fully fenced, ensuring that your peace and privacy remain undisturbed. The house features two bedrooms and a living room with a fully equipped kitchen. You’ll also have the opportunity to plant seedlings if you wish, or harvest fresh produce from the garden.
I’m very friendly and always respond quickly to messages. I do my best to accommodate my guests and ensure they have a great experience. I also have prior experience hosting.
The house enjoys a prime location just a 2-minute drive from both Petrovac and the beach, offering the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. It is ideally positioned only 15 minutes from the iconic Sveti Stefan and 25 minutes from the vibrant town of Budva, making it an excellent base for exploring the Montenegrin coast.
