Guest House "Adriatica" - is a charming, cozy place with a homely atmosphere and amazing sea views of the Bay of Kotor. A place with a unique wind rose - very useful for people with pulmonary problems, allergies and asthma. The air is filled with essential oils, iodine, ozone and since ancient times is considered healing. Here come those who do not want to travel in a huge crowd of tourists and relax on the crowded beaches. Very convenient location - 4 km. from the pearl of the Adriatic - the old town of Kotor and 6 km. to the city of Tivat with modern infrastructure and airport. The 3-storey guest house is located on the first line from the sea, has its own beach pier (Ponte) with sun loungers, umbrellas and organized descent into the water. In Montenegro, you can enjoy not only relaxing on the seashore, but also visiting various events. Thus, in 2019, the “Montenegro Beer Fest-2019” Beer Festival will be held in Cetinje for the first time. Also during the spring-summer season of 2019, the annual popular Open Sky Montenegro events (Street Theaters Festival) in Budva, the Sea Dance Festival at Jaz Beach will be held. And a wonderful Bokel night in Kotor

The location of our house is unique, even for such a beautiful country as Montenegro. Being here you are at the same time on the sea and in the mountains. And the neighborhood with beautiful ancient monuments adds an atmosphere of adventure
