All apartments include all essentials and utilities parking is also avilable. There is a luxurious pool with layout chairs for your use. Nearby there are many reasturants, cafes, nightclubs, and beaches that are walking distance. In all, this building contains 4 apartments and 5 rooms and from every balcony you'll have one of the best views of the sea.
Hello, my name is Mirsad! For about 30 years my family and I have been in the tourism industry. I am very experienced as a host and have had many guests from previous years return back for another stay. Along with the tourism business, I also own another company that works to help construct buildings. In addition to tourism and construction I am a family man. I make sure to spend time with my children, my wife, and my father. I have three children, two boys and one girl. All of them help with the tourism business and know all the best beaches, clubs, restaurants, and cafes. Guests enjoy their company and always go to them as tour guides and translators if I am not available. My wife also helps with the property while owning a local clothing shop called "Omen&A" that is near the Small Beach where we sell clothing and toys for the beach.
It is a very lively and safe place to spend time and vacation.
