Hi, I'm Zoe. I traveled across Europe, but when I arrived in Montenegro, I decided to stay. I purchased Hillside because I love being in nature and prefer not to be the hustle, but still have access to the bustle! By renting the whole top floor in the summer allows me to earn enough as I work towards self-sufficiency.

THE PRICE IS FOR THE ENTIRE FLOOR, INCLUDING FOUR MODERN STUDIO APARTMENTS, A HUGE BALCONY AND PARKING. This is a self-contained floor and there is a private front door, and it includes a private balcony. The two front-facing studios have direct access to the large balcony, kitchenettes, and private shower rooms, one small double bed, and one single bed. The two back studio apartments have two single beds and a single bed chair, garden view or entrance view, and both have a private toilet and sink, but no showers and no kitchens. These apartments are ideal for extra adults or children who are part of the party. There is private parking and a separate private entrance accessable upto the 1st floor entrance. Situated on a quiet, green hillside, this property offers convenient access to the main highway, which provides a swift route to Herceg Novi. It is 7 minutes to the beach and the Bay beyond. For those who enjoy nature, not noise, this is an ideal non-touristic location. A nearby local stream and waterfall provide cooling dips. Relax to the gentle sound of the local stream and bird song.

Neighborhood info

I have a mix of elderly and younger neighbors so I would ask that you do not make too much noise, no parties are allowed.
