Sea front stone house is situated in Perast, the most amazing part of Kotor bay, offering unique experience both for families and young people. House has a private garden, outdoor dining area that includes BBQ place and a private beach. There are a master room with double bed and an attic with double bed and langue area that have a sea view. There is also a single room with one bed, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room. Property is equipped with flat TV, air-conditions, kitchenware, linens and towels, also providing WiFi, and only 50 meters away from city centre.

Hi, my name is Maxim Zivkovic! I enjoy a nice talk with the guests that I host, and I love to show them all the beauties and things Perast and Kotor have to offer. I like arts, and I have played piano for 16 years.

Perast is a lovely place, there is lots of small passageways, shops and restaurants. A must see is the island "Our Lady of the Rocks" which is a man made island just in front of Perast! About 15 km away from Perast is the Old Town of Kotor.
