The cottage is located on the coast of Skadar Lake, 25km from the center of Podgorica, in the settlement Vranjina. 58m2, bedroom, living room, dining room, bathroom, kitchen, secured parking, terrace with a beautiful view of the river and lake, use of air conditioning, TV, Internet. The cottage is located near the mouth of the River Moraca in Skadar Lake and is the ideal place for relaxation, fishing, boating, barbecuing with friends or family, with the funds provided for that. The cottage is located near the bus and train stations, as well as 12km from Podgorica airport. The store is located at 100m and the restaurant 500m from the cottage. Near the cottage there is a beach.
