Guest House Stari Volat is an old family house that has beautiful nature, there are fewer children's playground, it has a garden with fruits and vegetables, has a beautiful terrace with barbecue. Property have an old basement which is not used and on front it has a beautiful and spacious terrace with swings for relaxing.
This building is a blend of modern and rustic design, with the presence of traditional elements of Mediterranean architecture dates back over 300 years.
Also you can enjoy on the estate of 5000m2 and consume organic products from modest garden of the host.
We look forward to each guest and upon receipt of the reservation we will contact you and be there for you for everything you need
Beach is 3km from the property while near market is 5km away. Restaurant is 3km from the property. Tivat airport is 14km away while Podgorica airport is 70km from the property.
Also, nearby are golf courses and hiking trails, which lead to the most beautiful places of unspoiled nature (beach Zagorina walk 2km). St. Elias church is at 400m from the house, with a view of the entire Montenegrin coast. Fishing village Bigovo is only 10km.
