Nalazimo se između Herceg Novog i Igala, na samo 60 metara od mora i okruženi mediteranskim zelenilom. Organizujemo ribolov, ronjenje i vožnju čamcem. Sve smještajne jedinice imaju TV sa satelitskim programima, prostor za sjedenje, potpuno opremljenu kuhinju i balkon ili terasu s pogledom na vrt ili more. U vrtu je moguce koristiti rostilj i veliku terasu za vecere i druzenja Na obližnjem šetalistu uz more nalaze se barovi, restorani, konobe, teniski tereni i drugi sportski sadržaji.
