Fantastic pamoramic 180 degrees view of the Budva Reviera, which ectends to the sea, the old town of Budva, Dukley Marina, boats and surrounding mountains. This is one of the most beautiful views of Budva, and that is why the place where it is located is called Vidikovac (viewpoint). The story behind these apartments is that the owner that lived there actually bought this place so she could create for herself a photo studio and so that she can enjoy the changing images, looking trough the big balcony door, of the sea during a day and a season. That is how the art photography was made for many tourist catalogues that promote this town. Moreover, the apartments got the name INSPIRATION because all four apartments are inspirational for work, art, literature, relaxing and contemplation. Some famous artists, directors, writers stayed in them off the season where they wrote scenarios, books and found the inspiration for their work. The normal size of all the units and the parking lot in front, which is very rare for this town, makes it exceptional. The apartments are well positioned; they are right in the middle of the most important sights that should be visited in Montenegro.

The owner, Maja Djuric is art historian and comes from famous artistic family of painters. She works at the university and is engaged in photography. Her hobies include growing succulent, collecting seeds, fishing, photo-trekking and Mladen is goldsmith and ski instructor.

The surrounding area is very interesting because of the apartments' proximity to Budva's many beaches, as well as the Old Town and 19th century Austrian fortress. My favorite places are the beaches: Jaz which is located 4km outside of Budva, Mogren and Pizana offer the most amazing sunlit mornings, Ričardova glava is surely the most popular for its evenings with great restaurants and live music. Ploče beach is a treasure to be discovered, although it is only reachable by car, it offers a heavenly escape. It has a restaurant that is open 365 days a year, and a couple of beautifully hidden and quiet places to which I will gladly share a map to with all my guests.
