Nice and comfortable bedrooms that can share big kitchen in the middle. There is large terrace with big table where guests can have a meal or work. This complex have two separated rooms with one shared terrace. On the terrace are the entrances into the rooms. If you book just apartment Jelena, you will have also kitchen included and the kitchen has also entrance door from the terrace. Another accommodation if you book separately is just bedroom without kitchen and it's called Sonja. Both rooms has private bathrooms inside bedrooms. It is possible to rent both rooms together and then you will have possibility to share the kitchen. Parking is provided. The space is convenient for all kind of guests, couples, family, digital nomads, etc...

My name is Milos, and I live in Kotor, the most beautiful town in Montenegro. In Kotor I finished Maritime faculty, name of the course was Maritime polytechnic and field of study electrical engineering. I like informatics and field engineering. On my free time, I like riding a bicycle, playing pool, climbing, fitness, and in summer time I like diving, spearfishing, sailing.

Our apartments are located in a family house, situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Our home is uniquely positioned just above the main road, which allows for the most spectacular, panoramic views of the Bay of Kotor—exactly as you see in the pictures! To reach the main road from the house, there are 16 courtyard steps. From there, another 16 steps next to Hotel Marija 2 will take you directly down to the scenic waterfront lower road. While there are a few stairs to navigate, we promise that the breathtaking view waiting for you at the top makes it absolutely worth it! Down on the lower road, right under the apartment, you will find a beach bar and several lovely spots perfect for swimming and sunbathing. For your convenience, a grocery store and a hospital are located nearby, while a larger market, post office, pharmacy, and the beach bar are all just a 5-minute walk away. Dobrota itself is located close to the ancient city of Kotor and looks straight onto the stunning Vrmac hill. The beautiful seaside promenade in Dobrota runs for seven kilometers along the shore, lined with numerous charming stone jetties (ponte) and historical, magnificent palaces. The large number of local churches stands as a witness to the strong faith of Dobrota’s ancestors. It is also a fantastic place to find excellent restaurants and cozy seafront cafes where you can truly relax and enjoy the authentic atmosphere of the Bay. Transportation & Distance There is a local bus station just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The main bus station is located near the city center, about 2,5 kilometer away. Driving distances from Dobrota: Main bus station: 2,6 km (10–20 minutes) Tivat Airport (TIV): 9 km (around 20-40 minutes) Podgorica Airport (TGD): 90 km (around 2 hours) Budva: 23 km (around 50 minutes) Please consider traffic jams, especially in summer time!
