Our spacious and very comfortable flat is decorated to reflect typical colours of the Mediterranean environment. We are offering a superb view from a penthouse flat over the entrance to the most southern fjord of Europe, the Kotor Bay (locally Boka Kotorska). You will be bathed in a blue both from the sky and sea. The 2nd floor lateral flat has its' own private parking conveniently situated at the back of the building, whereas the rooms are facing the Bay. The small building is in Topla, one of the major neighbourhoods in town. A short walk takes you to a famous promenade that stretches about 6km along the sea and numerous beaches, cafes and restaurants along. Those keen on exploring further away may enjoy the journey around the bay and visit Perast , Kotor and the Lustica peninsula. There is a half an hour car journey to a nearby Orjen mountain should you like to hike or, alternatively, we can help arrange the sailing trip with very experienced local professional couple.
Hello and welcome to Herceg Novi and Montenegro. I live between Herceg Novi and London, in the UK, and have travelled many places. It is my joy to introduce you to my birth country and hope you will enjoy the stay.
This is a chance to enjoy the slow-paced life in Herceg Novi and its beautiful views and clean air and sea. You may enjoy an evening stroll along a 6km sea promenade and the simple Mediterranean slow-paced lifestyle and its numerous cafes and restaurants. The town has the largest number of sunny days in a year which makes it the sunniest place in the whole Bay. Herceg Novi has several historic fortresses that hold a number of art and music festivals through the year. There are also plenty of opportunities for sailing, swimming, hiking (nearby mountain Orjen) as well as exploring the Bay and small villages dotted along the seacoast.
