We would like to invite you to stay in one of brand new group of apartments in new and modern building. Every one of them has a bedroom, a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom and a private balcony. They have fully equipped kitchen, a coffee machine, hairdryer, towels and everything else you need for having a good and relaxed time. All apartments are brand new and each one of them have private balcony, terrace or both. The apartment is accessible via the staircase. But what makes them special is big outdoor space with lounge area and BBQ witch all guests can share and enjoy in. Apartments are located in very calm area, surrounded by nature between mountains and the sea. There is a beautiful view on the mountains and you are surrounded by nature. The beach "Kaladrovo" is about 300 m away, there is also a playground for children, a restaurant and a bar. You can explore the Island of Flowers (Ostrvo Cvijeca) and the Solila - Special nature reserve (Tivatska Solila - bird reserve), they can be reached by foot within 10-15 min. There are possibilities for water sports, you can use our bicycles after agreement and you have the possibility to make a barbecue on the terrace. Tivat and Porto Montenegro are 5km away and there you can enjoy good food, the nightlife and also you can take a walk around the modern port. There are a lot of other historical places in range. For example the city of Kotor. It is in the vicinity with 10km. The location is close to the small Airport of Tivat (2km) where you may get a flight to. There are no night flights so noise is not a problem.
