This beautiful stone villa is set up in a rural place above Budva, offering stunning views of surrounding area. Budva Riviera, sky embracing the sea and surrounding mountains create relaxing setting for your vacation. With a private pool and all the comfort it offers, this is the ideal choice for a family or group of friends who want to unplug from everyday crowd, yet be close to all main attractions and happenings. The Villa consists of 3 floors. From the parking, the stairs lead you down to the upmost floor of the house. A bright living room with fully equipped kitchen and dining area, bedroom with double bed and single bed, private bathroom with shower can be found there. Big furnished terrace, where you can enjoy magnificent views over Budva Riviera and the surrounding mountains, is adjoining living room. Going down to the next floor, there is a living room with kitchen and dining area, bedroom with double bed and 2 single beds, bathroom, and another big terrace where you can enjoy stunning sea view. On the ground floor, a bedroom with 3 single beds is available, right next to the seasonal outdoor swimming pool with deck chairs and parasols.
Lapcici is a quiet rural area on the hill above Budva, about 10 km far from city. The area is not densely populated, so there are no many things to distract your view away from stunning scenery of Budva Riviera. No grocery shops, stores, restaurants and night clubs nearby guarantee tranquillity and no crowds. Nature lovers can find some interesting areas for hiking in vicinity, photography lovers can also find a lot of interesting places they can capture.
