La Grande Apartments have one of the best locations in Dobrota because you can use two roads to enter the property. From the main road, where it is quicker, with an available parking spot and private entrance to yourselves. From next year we'll put in our offer a garage that can be used on guests disposal so they can leave their car safely in it and from the seaside road where we also have free parking positions. What makes our property unique is the entrance to the beach, a dazzling arch where almost everybody who has passed by has taken at least one photo. Probably, many guests who have already visited places nearby have recognized it. Wedding couples very often are pictured by famous photographers here. This area is one of the most exclusive places in Kotor. So many old palaces can been seen, also the famous Forza Mare 5 star Hotel, is only 50 meters from our place where famous guests come and stay. Small restaurants with excellent fish food, beach bars and bars are very near. About 1 km Cogimar, an amazing place where you can buy wines from the whole world, fresh fish, shrimps, smoked ham, all kinds of cheese and everything you can imagine. A few supermarkets, grocery shop and a small shop 200 meters on the seaside that you can reach by walk. Also, in the summer season a pick-up stops in front of our Apartments with fresh fruit and vegetables every day after 10 o'clock. A peaceful neighbourhood.
