Idealna za porodice i grupe prijatelja, kuca nudi mir, privatnost i sve sto je potrebno za ugodan boravak. Gostima su na raspolaganju potpuno opremljena kuhinja, besplatan parking, rostilj i prostrana terasa sa koje se iz jednog ugla pruza lijep pogled na more. Plaza Jaz i Stari grad Budva udaljeni su svega nekoliko minuta voznje, dok su Top Hill (najveca diskoteka na otvorenom) i Budva Aqua Park na samo 300 metara, sto ovu lokaciju cini odlicnim izborom za one koji zele spoj odmora, zabave i rekreacije.
